I have control of what I put into my body, the home I live in every single day, obviously I am going to choose supplements to optimize this home. Consuming the right amount of nutrients from the whole foods is ideal, but sometimes we need to supplement. You may be on the go, staying at work late, or running to your kiddo’s soccer game. Supplements are meant to bridge the gap in our diets and “supplement” the areas where we fall short. I have tried several different brands over the years.
